The purpose of  Clarion RTC, as a development program, created by Friends of Clarion Wrestling, is charitable and is to serve to provide charitable assistance to individuals seeking to promote the amateur sport of wrestling at Clarion University and to promote the sport of amateur wrestling in general as the Board deem appropriate.
